BP is a global oil and gas company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the third-largest energy company and fourth-largest company in the world measured by revenues and one of the six oil and gas “super majors”.
WHY P3M GLOBAL?

BP turned to p3m global for assistance in resolving a number of critical issues including: duplicate projects in different parts of the organization, no clear control points to ensure project decisions were made in controlled manner, project delivery time and budget were unpredictable. Additionally, project managers lacked formal training aligned with best practices.
